One-on-One Coaching

Leadership Cohorts
Some people grow best in conversation with others. These small cohorts (6-8 participants) offer an interactive space to process, learn, and share ideas and resources with others. Cohorts are generally 8-10 sessions long, and you can join as an individual or gather your own team or group. In each 90-minute session, we’ll explore one topic from the Change Navigation PRO© curriculum, apply it to your context or situation, and debrief what’s working and what’s not.

The Change Navigation PRO© Model
Based on Adrian’s experience leading teams and facilitating change in some of the biggest organizations in the world, he created the Change Navigation PRO© curriculum—that teaches foundational principles of change management and leadership. Each module helps learners understand how change works, and what they can do about it—through specific applications to practical areas of their personal, relational, and organizational lives. Think of it like adding more tools and gears to your leadership repertoire!
